  • Mike Hakbaz

    Mike Hakbaz - Managing Director, Healthcare Solutions & President

    For over 30 years, Mike has helped develop policies, procedures, and methodologies to help organizations integrate CAD technologies into innovative applications that are cost effective and easy to use. These solutions are now used to help manage more than 300 million square feet of facility space nationwide.

    As a recognized industry leader, Mike is a frequent speaker at national conventions of groups such as Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), and others.

    He has also written many articles on facilities management applications and innovations for publications such as Health Facilities Management and AutoCAD Magazine.

  • Ted Pappas

    Ted Pappas - Principal | Vice President, Facility Services Division

    Ted manages the entire ATG production group, which includes over 45 architects, interior architects, and CAD technicians and is responsible for the overall allocation of resources and project teams in the Facility Services Division.

    Since joining ATG in 1997, Ted has been directly involved in the development of FIS solutions used by over 450 healthcare and higher education institutions.

    With expertise and extensive knowledge in CAD / BIM, space utilization studies, field verification processes, and other areas, Ted has helped ATG clients apply proven processes and innovative technologies to both improve basic procedures and create visionary strategies to address needs well into the future.

  • Jay Balapa

    Jay Balapa - Principal | Vice President, Enterprise Solutions Division

    Jay manages ATG’s Enterprise Solutions Division—which includes multidisciplinary teams like Software Development, IT Infrastructure, and User Experience—spans 3 global locations.

    Since joining ATG in 1999, Jay has collaborated closely with clients and developers to continually enhance ATG’s core software and technologies.

    He has delivered multi-platform/multi-tier Enterprise solutions with Apple iOS/Google Android/AutoCAD/ASP.Net front ends, web service middleware and SQL Server Databases to leading healthcare and higher education organizations nationwide.

  • Ken Mustafa

    Ken Mustafa - Regional Director, Healthcare

    Ken works with ATG healthcare clients across the country to discover new ways of reducing ever-growing compliance risks through solutions that address pre-construction risk assessment, Environment of Care, and overall compliance management.

    In more than 10 years as a consultant and regional director with ATG, he has helped leading national and regional health systems deploy new solutions that make the most of the latest technologies and proven processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    He has an extensive background in heavy-mechanical construction, international municipal pump, and mechanical seal sales.

    Joe Mensik - Regional Director, Healthcare

    As a healthcare facilities management consultant with a deep understanding of the industry’s regulatory compliance and risk management challenges, Joe works with ATG clients nationwide to apply best practices and technologies to streamline their operations, covering over 50 million square feet of space.

    For over 10 years, Joe’s expertise has given ATG clients new perspectives on creating opportunities to enhance compliance and efficiency.

    His experience across a wide range of disciplines – real estate, space utilization, compliance, life safety management, document management, and more – assists healthcare executives take full advantage of a more integrated strategic and tactical approach to facilities management.

    Mike Mostardi, P.E. - Regional Director, Healthcare

    As a licensed mechanical engineer, Mike takes a proactive role in showing healthcare organizations how to improve planning, compliance, and management. He not only helps clients meet current tactical needs, but adopts a visionary approach in working closely with industry leaders to create new innovative solutions and services to address future needs.

    With more than 13 years of healthcare experience, Mike helps ATG healthcare facilities clients manage more than 50 million square feet of space in regions across the country that include New York City, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, and Cleveland.
