Senior Leadership

George Mills, MBA, FASHE, CEM, CHFM, CHSP – CEO, ATG

George has over 30 years of healthcare experience, including 14 with The Joint Commission, where he was Director of the Department of Engineering. In this role, he provided standards interpretation and education to Joint Commission surveyors and accredited organizations.

In addition to leading ATG, George is Director of Technical Operations for ATG parent company, JLL, providing expertise for the company’s healthcare program. He supports JLL teams with innovation and program development to help healthcare organizations ensure the quality and safety of their physical environments.

George is a nationally recognized expert on the Life Safety Code, Emergency Management and Environment of Care requirements, as well as a highly sought-after presenter, author and educator.

Michelle Farley – Senior Manager of Administration

In addition to her role as Program Manager for the JLL Healthcare Shared Services team, Michelle has been ATG’s senior administrative manager since 2006.  Michelle provides key support to George Mills and the leadership team at ATG and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Prior to joining ATG, Michelle provided clinical and administrative management in healthcare for long term care and private practices for seven years.  She provided management support for multiple expansion projects to a cardiology practice of six physicians, including a cardiac rehabilitation center expansion and full nuclear stress testing suite onsite addition.

Before moving to healthcare, Michelle provided business management support for the construction management and architectural firm Matocha Associates, which worked almost exclusively with healthcare clients in the Chicagoland area.

Keith Rybczyk – Director, Facility Services Division

As a vital part of ATG’s leadership team, Keith has been working directly with healthcare key stakeholders for almost 25 years.  Throughout his career with ATG, Keith’s business acumen and in-depth knowledge of facility information principles has played an important role in the success of the firm.

Keith is responsible for overseeing the management of the Facility Services team.  In this role, he supervises the firm’s contract management, project accounting, forecasting and P&L, in direct support of ATG’s business strategy.

Keith has coordinated several major client sites over the years,  including Tenet Healthcare system and multiple Northwestern Medicine campuses across the Chicagoland area.

Jay Balapa – Senior Director, IT Platform

Jay manages ATG’s Enterprise Solutions Division—which includes multidisciplinary teams like Software Development, IT Infrastructure, and User Experience—spans 3 global locations.

Since joining ATG in 1999, Jay has collaborated closely with clients and developers to continually enhance ATG’s core software and technologies.

He has delivered multi-platform/multi-tier Enterprise solutions with Apple iOS/Google Android/AutoCAD/ASP.Net front ends, web service middleware and SQL Server Databases to leading healthcare and higher education organizations nationwide.

Michael T. Mostardi, P.E. – Executive Director, Healthcare

An ATG leader since 2007, Mike guides the company’s services and technologies for a client portfolio that includes over 550 hospitals and 500M+ square feet of facility space. He plays a pivotal role in helping clients not only meet current tactical needs, but also in developing new solutions to address future needs.

As a result of his extensive interaction with health systems of all sizes and his experience as a licensed mechanical engineer, Mike has a unique skill set that continues to be instrumental to ATG’s efforts in improving the planning, compliance and management of healthcare campuses nationwide.

Mike is a consistent performer in initiating client relationships, while establishing new services with existing clients, and is a visionary for the ongoing development of solutions that meet the ever-increasing challenges of the healthcare industry.
